Dale arrived in a timely manner, explained everything carefully, check out my refrigerator/freezer, and determine what the problem was, and considering that it was probably 15 years old that it was probably best to get another one. He was very polite and efficient.

Eduardo called and let me know when he would be arriving and met that time. he was clean, and got right to work we talked about the problems I was encountering and Eduardo answered all my questions. I would recommend Eduardo again, knowledgeable and considerate. BUT he was unable to get the the parts for this 10 year old range to fix it I am very disappointed with GE for discontinuing the components my wife and I took very good care of this range it looks brand new. I wont buy another GE appliance unless it has a 20yr warranty

Dishwasher repair
The machine is running but not all options on the control panel light up. At least the settings I normally use are working. Overall, I have not been at all impressed with the company's online interface. For the original appointment, I got two confirmations for the same day, but one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Rescheduled appointments got confirmed twice but no one showed up. Then yesterday I got a message confirming my appointment for May 24 and a tech called to tell me he would be there late morning- for an appointment I rescheduled a week ago. There is no way to contact a living person online or by phone to ask questions or report issues and the options given online are limited.

You've got a horrible customer interface. I tried too hard to contact a living person to talk with at Sears. I will NEVER use Sears repair again as the company has completely thrown out customer service. Additional, no status updates were given, which was frustrating as it took > 3 weeks to fix a freezer portion of a combo fridge/ freezer kitchen unit. Try living out of ice chests that long with no updates! Fortunately the guy who repaired the appliance was good.

incomplete service
The dishwasher was not placed back in its location after it was removed and serviced. The door is not closing. So we can't use it. There is water pooling at the bottom of the dishwasher... Essentially, we have a much worse problem now than we what needed to solve.

Horrible
I'm never going to use sears ever again. It took 5 rescheduling. Who waits from 8-5 to show up ???!!! Ridiculous!!!

Technician is great, 5 stars.
However, the appointment center and service schedule center is the WORST ON EARTH. My parts installation appointments were CANCELLED 9 TIMES in 4 months. Save your money.

2 1/2 months wait
Since the middle of May I had no refrigerator , no one cared. Appointments were no show or canceled and rescheduled another 3 weeks out. I finally just bought a new refrigerator . No way to contact anyone. Both American home shield and A&E fired.
