Bill did an excellent job of fixing my oven
Bill showed up as promised and was able to fix my oven right away since he had the part needed in his truck. No complaints except I had to wait for forever to get a tech here. Hard to live without an oven.

Service ice maker
Bill Was best service person we have had here in Bend. Bill was thorough, explained everything to us and more. So glad to have such a honest service person. We are deciding on what to do. Part was very high cost. Please send Bill again if we decide to order part through Sears. Thank you Please keep him around for service in Bend!!
