Replacing a part on an old Kenmore Washer
The part finally arrived at my house. I scheduled a visit. Mitch came. It was very tedious to remove the faulty part and replace it with the new one. He almost had to take the washer apart.

Quick Response
The technician was super nice and very quick to respond to my request for service. Although my refrigerator was not repaired when he left, he did a thorough inspection and was very professional and courteous. I hope the insurance company will repair my fridge and send him to do the repair.

Compressor Switch/relay
Received call early this AM. Gave him status of our requested service call and he gave me a service call window 2-4 PM. Confirmed that info. Moment later wife called to tell me the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling. I called and left VM with Keith on the additional issue. He called me around 1/15 to give me a firm showtime for evaluation and repair estimate. Showed on time quickly checked electrical components in the motor/compressor/fan components and verified a compressor relay was the issue. I approved the work to be done and included a coil clean out. Finishe the repair and cleaning in under 1 hour. Very polite and informative during the whole process. I hope all your team of service techs conduct themselves in the same manner as Keith.
