Washing Machine Repair
Rick has been to our place twice on repairs. He's a perfect gentleman and knows his craft. He doesn't rush, listens to our concerns and fixes the problem.

Keith washer repair
Keith did a wonderful job . He called when he was coming to my house. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My experience with scheduling was another story. My repair order was cancelled 3 times. The first because they said the part was not delivered. That was not true the part was in my possession on 9/17 two days before the scheduled repair. A simple text or phone call would have been able to clarify that. I selected a new date and that was canceled with out a good explanation. When I called to find out why I was told I had to wait until 9/24. I explained what had happened and that I was not waiting that long for service. The woman put on hold and she scheduled me for today. I previous ran the repair dispatch center for a communication company. I know that keeping the customer informed when appointments need to be adjusted is the standard. All of my contacts with live personnel have been good to excellent. Your use of texts to tell customers there appointments have been canceled needs a lot of work. Result employee contacts 5 stars. Texts to keep customers informed 0 stars.

Keith was very professional, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and he was a great communicator who followed through on exactly what he said he would do. Quickly repaired Dryer
On first visit Johnny diagnosed the problem, ordered replacement parts and showed me how to use dryer until the new timer was installed. On second visit he installed the timer and new knobs then tested the dryer.
