Happy solution
The robo responder said Kevin would arrive in the late afternoon. There were six calls ahead of us. A text later said he would arrive between 4 and 5:10 p.m. I attended two meetings with a clear conscience. A text at 4:01 said Kevin was on his way. We came home. Kevin arrived, conversant but not overly chatty, heard our lament, pulled the freezer drawer out, pointed out the ice crystals, described why they were there, where they did not belong. We offered help. He said he sometimes asked customers to check on their dogs. We got the hint. He needed neither our help nor our advice. Within 20 minutes, the problem that had vexed us since 4 a.m., was repaired. We should have shot a YouTube video, his efforts were so efficient and effective. He billed us, his phone to ours. We paid the expected charge, our phone to his, and we were done. We've been congratulating ourselves all evening, praising A&E for prompt, ideal repair. What a relief! Putting that phone number permanently in our cell phone, for future reference. Advise you do the same.

Technician and SHS
Technician was good. sears home services let me down and to suffer through 5weeks without a refrigerator. I thought that having the Master protectionwarranty you would treat me better. But sadly NO. 5 weeks! C'mon.
