Good tech, but mix up at Sears
Richard looked at washer a week ago and was to get parts and return today. I received an email saying Keith would be here. I tried to call and explain that the tech should be Richard, but all I could get was a computer. I said Representative and tried several numbers from the menu. I finally gave up. VERY frustrating system! But, Techs are good!

He called and said he be here between 8 and 8:30 and was here a little after 8. I appreciate not having to wait for him. He told me not to reload the refrigerator/freezer until tomorrow and put a bottle of water in the freezer. It seems to be slowly cooling down. We will see if the ice maker works. Thus far all is well. He was great. Your robot answering system is not at all acceptable. When I finally did get a live person, that was very nice and they did great. Thank you Mitch and the "real" people answering calls.

Repairman Richard
Richard was very patient and qualified to do his job. Very pleasant and eff icient. Did a very good job. I was, however, extremely displeased about the quality of the refrigerator that I had purchased only five years ago. Unfortunately Sears apparently had someone else manufacture the refrigerator by someone who was ill equipped to do it properly. I will probably not buy another Sears appliance.
