Troy was very polite and communicated what the timeline for repair was and when the fridge would be cooled to once again to utilize. He was knowledgeable and efficient.

Harold repaired leaking filter holder and ice maker
Harold did a great job. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the problem of leak and thereby retored ice and water in the door. He was very respectful and efficient.

Harold was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He is also very cordial and easy to work with. He is an asset to Sears home services. However, I will never use Sears home services again because the labor fee is outrageously HIGH!!!
