Refrigerator repair
As usual Marlon was prompt and on time with the estimated time given for arrival and once again displayed his experience and knowledge of the equipment he was working on. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing the problem just by knowing what a few of the symptoms are with the equipment. As usual he is always professional and courteous. I am always glad when they send him out to repair whatever may be going wrong at the time.

Scheduling Department
The scheduling department schedules to many services for repair man to perform in a day. This appointment I had today was because repair man couldn't get to me last time I had appointment. No show. To late in the evening to come. People take a vacation day to stay home to receive repairs service. If there is a no show./ no repairman come/ no service given . It causes problems. Another vacation day is used for the rescheduled appointment. If a repair is under a master service agreement contract service order. We get " the end of the day" or late afternoon time slot. Not fair!
