Side by side refrigerator/freezer

Overall rating
Technician was able to examine the refrigerator/freezer and locate the exact problem. This problem had been worked on 2 times without success. Water had been leaking in the floor from the freezer. The water to the freezer and ice maker had both been turned off by me .
