Simply put , Donald was/is the BEST technician that I have EVER had from ANY company. He is very knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and treats your things as though they belong to him. Not to mention very honest... I couldn't get him to take a TIP from me. Was not trying to persuade him to break any rule but I truly feel like any other service when someone is deserving, an appreciative customer should be able give a tip if they choose .
