Kenmore Washer
After the technician Allan ale He took out the dispenser started a wash & left. However,right after he left I had a floor full of water.I also emptied the water from the hose in the front of my Kenmore .I had more water that went into bucket.this has now cause damage to my floors into my basement - so I have more water now that he changed the part than originally had. very disappointed that Sears couldn't all him back to see the water on the floor.I have 2 workers who have been waiting to wash clothes who witnessed the water on the floor.I walked right into the water on the floor. Now I have to wait 1 month before I can get another appointment. Not acceptable service at all

Requires two calls
I explained that the unit has a leak. He stated that the sealant would fix it. I explained that Freon is needed every summer. He stated that this is highly unusual and to call my warranty department again for servicing. I called them while he set up my driveway. What the heck.

Horrible not fixed
000476610120586 Was to fix leaking ice maker. Now no ice or lights. He said it was wired wrong and could not fix. C/o needing to get off at 5pm. he had water on every surface and said I do make a mess. Grease on stainless steel front. Asked him to walk me through what he did…. Become frustrated and said I told your husband he has the part. I said he left an hour ago just tell me and show me it's fixed. Opened ice maker and water dispensed. I put hand in hole that was now filled with water. He and I both removed water with pp towels. He noticed he did not remove tape and removed. I got my husband to return home so he could be told/shown what he repaired. He sat in his rental car until my husband arrived. In wreck prior to arriving at our home. Boxes and old parts left on counters & sinks dripping water onto counters & floors. My husband and I cleaned water while he watched. Did not demo ice maker. I checked it. And said it isn't working he walked away and out front door. Saying good bye good night I'm reporting how you talked to me and left. My work order went from leaking water after depending ice to no light on front fro ice water crush and no ice in upper & lower makers.

questionable knowledge
I worry about his knowledge base. The code on the dryer was CE and he didn't know what it was. I had to show him from the instruction manual. I then urged him to clean the exhaust in the dryer and it took him 2 hours. Not even sure if he fixed it correctly.ugh! And he said I didn't need the rubber ring around the dryer hole so he didn't replace it. He said it didn't need it.

Kenmore dryer repair
Service is unacceptable and technician Sean, is not truthful or trustworthy !!! Today Sean did not come to repair our dryer -said he was here in our driveway but no one home. We were here the entire day! He came on Jan 12 ordered dryer parts, parts delivered here Jan 20. Scheduled appt Jan 29 but we were cancelled after waiting all day , notified we were re-scheduled for Feb 12 we were cancelled again for Feb 28- today- He documented that he came today and completed the repair ! HE DIDNT STEP FOOT INTO OUR HOME ! We have been waiting 7 weeks and still no repaired dryer. Warning - do not sign up for this Sears Home Service, they are not trustworthy and the service is unacceptable. Unsatisfied customer- Linda Cincinnati, Ohio

Air Conditioner
Techs said they couldn't fix unit due to part availability. Warranty company reassigned us to a new tech company and the unit was fixed in 2 hours. Very frustrating with high temps and Sears said it couldn't be fixed while another company figured it out.

A&E appliance repair is a
Rezon was great. He walked in my house and looked at my refrigerator again. He again said it can not be repaired. It must be replaced. He has been here multiple times. He had replaced literally thousands of dollars worth of parts. He is the 3rd tech that has been here. No one can find the source of the water that is pooling. It even flooded my kitchen in May. Rezon's supervisor refuses to speak to me. Or process the required paperwork. Rezon spoke to Sears home warranty customer service. He asked what he needed to do to help me process the authorization to replace the refrigerator. Sears said he just needed to file the authorization report, sadly his supervisor must do so and refuses. It is leaking water and flooding. It continues to do so after approximately a dozen service appointments. Rezon was great. rezon's supervisor at a&E appliance repair is terrible. He refuses to submit the authorization to end this repair cycle. I am still having the same issue. My fridge is already dripping and he just left 2 hours ago. I have had to miss work for an entire day every time they come. This is HORRIBLE customer service. Sears needs to stop working with A&E, it'll will never recommend Sears Home Warranty to anyone, because it's a game. I paid my premium and have now had repair people coming for 5 months and still do not have a working appliance.

Refrigerator ice makers
Ice makers still not working. Didn't make sure it was fixed. Paid almost 500 dollars for the parts and doesn't work. Did not reconnect the arm in the bottom freezer ice maker. Not sure how the technician before him diagnosed the problem or if we were sold 2 new ice makers and wasn't the problem, because the 2 new ice makers installed is not working. I want the problem fixed right and I shouldn't have to pay for anything else. I feel like I have been scammed.

Rude technician
He was very rude to us. Not cooperative and said the previous technicians didn't know what they were doing. Please next time send a different one. He was also very confident the fridge will work again but at this point after having more than 10 technicians come I am not confident the fridge will work properly again.

Fridge repair
Technician was nice but I feel like he had no clue what to do and kept googling suggestions. He thought raising the bottom of the fridge would align the doors when the doors are independently hanging. Did not do anything to protect the floor.
