Refrigerator issue
Rezon was professional and courteous. I had some issue however, because I was told he was on his way at 8:53 and he did not show up until 10:20.

Service man was knowledgeable. He diagnosed the battery which I had to go and buy. No labor was included in the 139. Cost. Was a very expensive repair for an item that I had to provide. I appreciate his knowledge, but paid a lot for a reservation. Ray Casteel

No Refrigeration
I am not sure that the problem is completely resolved. I would like to have the serviceman return to check out some things. It doesn't seem to be operating as it should

He was great!
Our disappointment comes in regards to the wrong compressor being ordered and the failure to have all the other parts needed to get our refrigerator up and running. It wasn't rezon's fault. The previous repair man was at fault

Technician Fantastic - Contacting Repair Company not good
Needed to contact Repair service and they're uncontactable by phone or email. Neither is shown on website. Used a form on the website to explain my need and nobody responded. Repair technician 100% (approachable, skilled, and considerate) - Customer Service at repair firm 0%. Average 50% Rounded up to 3 stars.

Problem was not solved
Non-functional part is still not working. He did not demonstrate the results and rushed to go away. Actually, the broken element remains in a non-working status. It has been almost 6 months since the first day of diagnostic and nothing has been returned to normal

AC Unit disfunction
Didn't feel like he wanted to be here or was very helpful. His inspection of the unit outside was brief and didn't want to bother inspecting the unit in the attic. Overall disappointed with the visit.

Refrigerator ice makers
The top ice maker is still not working. I have been charged entirely way too much for the repair and parts that obviously was not the problem. I demand that I get a refund for the unnecessary parts.

Nice guy; unexceptional work
Joe was courteous and friendly. But his work didn't show us diligence or care. He was very quick to diagnose the issue and declare it solved, seeking no further cause of the problem. I complained about a sound which he dismissed. He also failed to properly close up the drain pump cover. But the first time we ran the dishwasher it had issues again...and this time leaked water. We had to make a second service call!

Compressor Replace (choicehomewarranty)
Compressor was replaced and asked to monitor for 24 hrs. It did not work. All groceries had to be thrown. Worst being a friday we cannot get food for next 1 week until this is repaired and resolved. For issues like this should be taken first and rechecked the next day. Not wait for weeks for next apportionment. This is a torcher
