Nick was great! The furnace is now working after 13 week of using a space heater. There is heat in the bathroom and all over the house. I wish Nick would have been the first to observe my furnace I would not have been freezing during the near 0 weather. Nick came found the problem ordered a part came back and the job was done.

Tech was wonderful. Sears process is very unacceptable. I was told that the part would be preordered and if it was not available the service would be rescheduled. Tech said part is no longer available. This doesn’t bother me but being charged a diagnostic fee is unacceptable. I diagnosed the problem. Sears dropped the ball. I request that a supervisor call me to correct this.

Came in. Explained what he'd be doing. Left after 15 minutes. Simple , effective service. I wish the times were narrowed down a bit more,only had a window of 8-5, showed up at 130.

The technical support was exceptional. He listened to my concerns. Explained everything to me and fixed the problem. Also, checked out the dryer Explained to me what he was looking at and why. Very considerate and honest.
