Wrong call on refrigerator issue?
I called for service because the freezer section of my refrigerator-freezer was not working After what seemed like a quick examination, the tech said the compressor had failed and that the whole refrigerator would stop working. However the refrigerator section is so far still working. So I'm wondering if a mistake was made in the diagnosis.

3x to fix problem
Technician very nice person but has had to come back 3 times to fix essentially the same problem. Should have checked gasket all around to make certain it fit properly. Had to pay for an extra service call because not fixed properly the first time.

Refrigerator repair
This company cancelled 3times via automated call, after I missed work each time, waiting from 8 am -5pm, appointments that they scheduled to repair my fridge
