Dishwasher Repair
Vincente has visited us for service several times. The first time he came with another technician named Dennis in a learning capacity and is now on his own. We had a part on the dishwasher that needed to be replaced, but that part was no longer made. To make a long story short, several parts were sent and none of them was the correct part. Vince was tenacious and was finally able to get someone to track down a part to successfully complete the repair. Vince was competent, professional and friendly and is a perfect gentleman. While we hope not to have to have very many repairs in the future, we hope that Vince will be the person to come if we do.
