Dwight did a great job!
Dwight actually repaired our dryer by replacing a defective wheel in it. But the previous technician only cleaned some lint out of the dryer and did not fix the defective part! That NON-repair cost me almost $200! Dwight's repair cost me about $150 more, which I think should have been covered by the warrantee on the previous technician's service. But at least the problem was fixed!!

Efficient Communication
I appreciated that Jeffrey communicated his arrival several times prior to service. During the repair, he was very polite and explained the issues at hand. After completion, my ice maker was successfully back to working order.

What more can you say. Professional and knowledgeable with the ability to quickly problem solve and fix it the first time. Don't bother ever sending anyone else to my house. He is the only person want here. Explained things in a simple way that I could understand what the problem was and nice to talk like talking to a friend.
