The technician they sent out was absolutely great to deal with and a pleasure to have out to try and do the repair. Unfortunately, due to LG and their service and repair parts. He was not able to fix my LG washer. Sears and their technicians are absolutely amazing very prompt great communication, friendly, and efficient at their job as for LG Sears might want to consider dropping LG as a contract
