Refrigerator Repair
Sears service technicians were easy and nice to work with. Upon diagnosing the refrigerator's issue, parts were ordered however it took almost six weeks to have the repair completed. Trying to reach a "real person" was impossible to check on the status of the last part in order for the repair to be completed. Sears' contact system only allowed voice recordings and the selection of options presented did not put me in contact with a person nor offered an option to check on estimated part(s) delivery time(s). It was very frustrating.
