Finally repaired.
The tech (Chris) was great and very knowledgeable. Sears on the other hand was not so great. Our fridge stopped working in August 2024 and was finally fixed today (12/09/2024). Sears Home Services call center was real good bouncing me around to different departments. No one knew what the other depts were doing. It was hard to get all the parts because they kept cancelling one particular part. I think they should start hiring some Americans to their call center. Maybe that would fix the problem.
