Had an 8 day out scheduled appointment but was able to move it to the next day. Quick service. Guy was very polite. Came really early. Wish I'd have gotten a phone call instead of a text. But all in all, he had my part on the truck and instead of waiting 8 days for service, was only out 2 days without my washer. Really appreciate the timeliness and efficiency.

Tech was in and out in 10 minutes, and was polite. However, servicec 27 days from when parts were ordered seems pretty extreme.
