The Sears Technician called and informed me what time he would be here. He arrived at the time he informed me and quickly diagnosed the process with my washer. He had the part in his truck and was able to fix the problem. He completed the job in less than 30 minutes. My washer works great!! I'm very satisfied with the service I received.

Professional work
Kurt came in. We have 3 young kids and a dog. He got to our house. Gave us a heads up and completed our oven fix. He worked around our kids and got the job done in a really reasonable time.
