Stress Free
I was a bit anxious about having the range and refrigerator serviced the same day, but Gerald handled it so well. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient that it went much more smoothly than I imagined. We were glad to have been his first client of the day. He diagnosed the issue with our stove, advised us about our options, did a maintenance on the refrigerator, and gave us some interesting information on the home warranty that Sears offers. He was very informative, a good communicator, efficient and pleasant. We were very pleased with his work.

Freezer failure
Tim called ahead on the date of the appointment, and he arrived on time. He was prepared and quickly determined the problem with our freezer. He knew what to do and did it. He was professional, courteous and careful. We have not received an email receipt; he submitted the information and said we would receive one.
