Very knowledgeable
I appreciate the time spent explaining what could be the reasons for lack of air flow. He checked a few vents, looked at my new air filter and suggested a different one. Looked at the unit inside the house as well. And also suggested I get my air ducts cleaned. R12 he said was not really low after checking unit outside. I will clean the vents and replace the vent covers. I will also look at getting ducts cleaned out.

Freezer repair
Our freezer still does not work. Not cooling down at all !

Maintenance call
I thought he worked really quickly compared to past maintenance. Also this morning first wash there is a small knocking happening that wasn't there before. I tried to call but the wait was extraordinary.

He fixed it finally
Worst experience ever. No common courtesy. Technician rescheduled 4 times and did not even attempt to apologize. He was rude at the end of job saying it wasn't him fault that a I could call someone else he didn't care. I sure hope I don't need to use this warranty or Sears appliance tech appliance I was not impressed at all with how I was treated from the beginning. Nothing happened promptly

Refrigerator repair
I told several people what was wrong with the refrigerator, it was a simple fix. Just a door switch. So we still don't have a door switch in the light works for now but it's giving us trouble before. So after giving him the part I needed when he came out he still didn't have the part. If you just left the part with me I would have put it on when it acted up again. So are you guys going to wait those out of warranty before you fix it.

Unprofessional
I was asleep upstairs after working a night shift so my 18 year old let the tech in for repairs. The tech was mad because the light had went out. Still plenty of light from the hallway. Asking what kind of parent doesn't have a light in the laundry room. If I was told while he was here he would have been removed from the property. Will never use this company again and will report to the warranty company.
