Problems with Range
Tim did a great job in recalibrating the intricate stove settings to normalize the stove temperature settings for me! I've been having problems for quite a while when baking. Tim is very friendly and always dies a super job for me no matter what appliance he's working on!

Vicente D did good job
diagnosed bad ignitor on oven, ordered part, and returned a week later to install. He did excellent work, was personable and efficient. Unfortunately for Sears repair, there were numerous screwups in their text messaging plus they texted us the part was in when it turned out not to be, so Vicente had to go out to a 3rd party supplier to pick the part up. So excellent repairman, lousy back office.

Electrolux gas dryer problems
This dryer has had four or more service calls. This was the second visit by Vincente. On his first visit he inspected and checked the problems and then ordered parts. Vincente was very professional and friendly. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to disassemble, parts all over, and put it all back together again. On this visit he disassembled the dryer and installed the ordered parts. Unfortunately after he reassembled the dryer the motor developed a loud knock which we now need to resolve.
