He did a great job. And this is only for the washer. Your refrigerator technician sucks. My refrigerator is still not fixed. We pay all of this money for bad services.

David and the actual repair were just fine. But your pre-visit processes were terrible. Despite getting messages that my initial repair appointment (after the diagnostic visit) was all set, on the day of the appointment I waited hours to learn it was cancelled because you said the part was backordered. The part was at my house!, which I had informed a rep on the phone a few days prior. Then I was stuck in your awful phone tree, unable to get a human on the phone to reinform you that I had the part. I thien spent a few hours trying to get through to a human to reschedule, only to have the call cut off when I did get a human. The next human rescheduled, but your website info about the visit never changed the information that the part was backordered.
