Refrigerator repairman
Was very responsive in scheduling. Seemed to be quite diligent. Was good at communicating what he was doing. And now our refrigerator is apparently working.

Good Review
Allen did all he could to repair my dryer. He even did a review of my washing machine. He did have concerns about not working on these types of machines that I have. I have a double washer and he had never seen one before he ordered all the parts and all the parts were available to my tech today for completion. Alan spent the time calling other techs to ensure all the parts are available for repairs.

Eric did a terrific job.
Well, the suspension rods were replaced. Just put a wash on and the clank is still there. I took a video and stayed by the washer during the whole wash/rinse cycle. I heard the clank during the final rinse cycle. I have the video of it. Called back immediately.

Washer Repair
My 5 year old GE Washer stopped spinning. Not only was I stuck with a full load of soaked clothing but I had no idea who to call for a repair. Following up on several calls I made an appointment with Sears. Tim called to confirm the appointment. Mine was his last appointment for the day. Tim is soft spoken but he was all business. He knew immediately what was wrong with my washer. He pulled it away from the wall, turned it over and showed me 2 frayed rubber cords that were keeping the agitator from working. He replaced them and I was back to having clean clothes again. He also checked out and cleaned the lint filter in my dryer. Tim gets 5 stars from me. He is soft spoken and sincere. He knows his job. Thanks Tim.
