Awesome. He was dedicated, and very customer focus. I appreciate that him to the max. He was the savior for Sears Service Department. Now Sears Service Department call in service is horrible. Talking to a computer is not exciting. It is counterproductive. The questions or the solutions cannot be addressed on the phone.. It needs repair.

George was great!! He was pleasant courteous and professional. He was on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my snow blower and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Also he reviewed with me how to properly maintain my snow blower to keep it running properly. He was wonderful. He is truly an asset to Sears.

Dwight was very nice an informative, he explained what he was fi nding as he went along . He wasn't able fix the dishwasher the motor was fried, cheaper to buy a new one. I was very pleased with the service we received.

Tim was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and handled the situation very well . We decided it makes more sense To purchase a new dryer instead of repairing the old one. After 3 days I was able to get my refrigerator fixed after being cancelled 3 times. I was disappointed that I had to wait from 8-5 and could not get a time in the morning or afternoon People who work have to take off. For me that was 3 days. The technician did a good job and got it working. He was timely and thorough. I gave the serviceman 5 stars.
