Not fixed!
Ethan told me to only use timed cycle on dryer, not use the sensors cycles because Sears doesn't like to replace them. The dryer gets so hot you can't touch it or the clothes. The dryer would shut off when the load is dry now it keeps going until I check it then turn it off. This is unacceptable I'm worried about a fire!! The dryer is only 5 years old. I paid for the warranty to keep it in good working order for full use not partial use.

NO SHOW!!!!
No one showed up to fix washer or dryer! Someone needs to call me! I have vad several appointments and no one shows up....I have the part for the dryer.

Very unsatisfied, technician not very knowledgeable
Technician said he didn't know much about upright freezer, so he took pictures text another Technician and without looking at freezer quoted me over $1300. If he was not familiar with upright freezer then why you sears send him out. A complete waste of time and money. Will be filing a complaint with the bbb also want a sears representative to contact me

Worthless
Technician refused to make repair because some other company had done work previously on the unit. Preposterous. Unacceptable.

Would like a new technician
He has been to our home four times, and the refrigerator is still hot running properly. That means we have scheduled four days of our time from 8am-5pm, for nothing. Now we have had to schedule another whole day, which will make five. Will someone from your company please contact me and tell me why?

Nick was great but NOT HAPPY with Sears service
My appt was 2 weeks out from when I put in the claim on the AC unit. I was ok with 2 weeks because I was out of town for 1 of them and figured could wait the other week. however the day of the service with the website saying the service was to happen at 4:30, I got a notification that they were moving it out ANOTHER WEEK. What the??? so 3 weeks to get service done while in the meantime, my basement continues to get water build up due to the AC unit having a clog in the drainage. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, YOU CANNOT reach a live person EVER. It goes in a never ending loop and I tried for hours to get a hold of someone. SO 2 days to take off work to be home waiting for them. Nick however was fine. This is not a complaint on the technician but on the overall service. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS RATING IMPACT NICK. I just want the service to know that they need to be better and be contactable with a live human being.
