Joseph was very helpful and pleasant to work with. ice maker is still not working, and is being replaced. Our refrigerator is only 2-1/2 years old and the ice maker should not have gone bad. Truly it was deflective, and now we are paying for another ice maker. I feel that we should be reimbursed for the cost of the replacement ice maker..
