Joe B listened to our problem with the ice makers on The fridge and took time to remove and adjust the assembly. He looked at the ice shoot and replaced the flap to reduce freezing up in the shoot. He has been here before for service and is always helpful. Thanks Joe!

Joseph was great. He was courteous, knowledge, and worked well/answered questions. HOWEVER -hard to reach a person, order of parts back-ordered, orders canceled, only 1 part instead of 8 ordered, transferred multiple times, and9/16 to 10/24 to fix it. Now I have food loss to deal with. This has been a mess!
