The repairmen for both the estimate and repair were first rate. As far as getting our refrigerator back up and running, the service was atrocious. It took a full week to get a service person here to diagnose the issue then took nearly a month for another person to come back and do the actual repair. PS. Our problem was a malfunctioning Fridgidaire Refrigerator.

Did not fix the issue. We were told we needed a new pump. We sent over $600 dollars on this repair. The repair person apparently did not check to see if it actually fixed the problem and we are still receiving the same error. Message. We need this made right!!!

When scheduling you are given the choice of a 4 hour window in which a tech will come out to your house. My appointment was rescheduled two days in a row after I took off time from work to be home to wait for the tech. The tech finally showed up on the third day. He turned on my dryer for less then 2 minutes. Opened the door and scanned the barcode with the serial number. Then told me a part was broke and it would cost me $700 for the repair. He never took anything apart or looked at the back of the dryer to give him any indications of what was broke. I googled how much the part would be to buy outright and was quoted around $75. The tech as at my house less than 5 minutes in and out. I was very dissatisfied with Sears for this service and will not be using them in the future again!

Came to my home and said we needed a 428.00 part for my water to dispense faster. Came back and replaced part with no change Then reported line is kinked needing to replace that. I did on my own since repair service did not volunteer. Did not help either.
