Warranty check on my sppliances
Colin checked my refrigerator. Needs a new ice basket. He ordered it and said he would return for install. I need my other four appliances checked. How do I schedule this?

Problem is still not fixed...
Though the tech did a good job, the problem has not been fixed. I suspect that the temperature read out is incorrect. I put a bunch of items in the freezer and after approximately 15 hours, none of it is frozen. The freezer does not appear to get cold enough not freezing anything and still tho it makes some, it isn't cold enough for ice. Service was fine.

It doesn't work
Todd was great and an awesome guy. 1 star because when I went to wash, the drum was full of water and the clogged drain is still unresolved for me.

Washer still not working! Send Todd back!
My repair man had my washer working, but it only worked for two loads! The same thing that was happening has happened again! Got two loads done and the top walked again in the rinse cycle not working
