actual service great/all else was horrible
when they came, service was great. Overall was horrible. They cancelled after my original appointment & blamed me, even though I had confirmation of visit. Customer service was horrible. Refused to give discount, even though I would have been charged extra fee for cancelling in less than 24hrs. Their attitude was too bad. Will never use again

Refrigerator repair
This is the fourth time this fridge freezer repair.he needed a part you had denied the amount. I didn't hear from you yet. But my freezer side is still not freezing right. My ice / water dispenser is leaking. I'm still waiting this fully repaired

Awful service
Didn't clean up after himself...left lint on floor and in dryer...left all the old parts next to dryer...then the tech gets snotty with my wife about dryer vent hose not being replaced yet and tells her if this happens again the warranty will be voided...this dryer vent tube is what tech recommended last time my dryer was fixed about 4 years ago...i tried calling number he called me from about cleaning of dryer and vent hose and never returned my call

Did not repair
On our 2nd attempted repair, the fridge no longer works at all. Now waiting another 1 1/2 weeks for another appointment, as it's already been a month without a working fridge in our house. Customer Service is awful, leaving you assured that you are in fact not a priority. Worst experience ever.

Refrigerator freezer door rubber gasket repair
The Service person(mentioned above) left and completed replacement with instructions to us, not to open freezer door for one hour. Door opened after 4 hours and we noticed that the rubber sealant was not sticking. I called him immediately on his cell and he told me that he would not be able to help me out . Call the 800 number. I now have "snow" in the freezer . I now have to wait two more weeks just to get someone to look at it and tell me that I need another replacement piece sent to me, then reschedule again for installation. I was on the phone for 45 minutes with 4 different departments. By the way, the original replacement piece was warped when opened up. I called it to the attention of the service person, he told me that it would be okay and he installed it anyways. Now I am waiting again .....Very disappointed since I am leaving town for 2 months and have to be concerned about my freezer. Very disappointed in Sears! Also my first 5 star rating was done immediately after he left my home.. I should have waited !!
