Julian kept us informed every step of the way. He took the dryer apart. He showed us what was wrong with the dryer and the cost to repair it. The dryer was repaired. Julian is knowledgeable, efficient and punctual.

Wow. Carlos came to my house to fix a furnace that stopped responding to the thermostat. He was meticulous in his troubleshooting and he explained everything to me (b/c I was curious). He was so respectful, he took his time to make sure he didn't miss anything and put everything back to its proper place at the end. He was also an enjoyable conversationalist. Excellent experience!
