Refrigerator Maintenance
Vincent was very professional and knew everything about my refrigerator. He thoroughly cleaned and showed me what to do and not to do in using my refrigerator. Who knew there were "best practices" for your refrigerator.

Service technician great.. Sears tech support horrible.
Vincent was great he was knowledgeable, worked quickly and resolved the problem. The Sears over the phone technical support on the other hand has been horrendous. My family was without a refrigerator for over 3 weeks because they kept messing up the appointment times, delayed parts deliveries, once even cancelled my appointment without my knowledge. After spending hours and hours on hold with tech support to schedule and reschedule my appointments and after taking (2) days off from work just have the tech no-show because of "scheduling conflicts" I will never be using Sears again.
