Samsung Washer
I have been without a washing machine since 8/2/24. Unfortunately, the technician has referred me back to Samsung. Samsung has been uncooperative in resolving my problem without charging a fee. Samsung has already looked at the machine and was unable to repair the washing machine. They attempted twice and was unsuccessful. Samsung resolution is to charge me a fee to determine why they could not repair the machine the first two times they tried.

Repair tankless water tank
Very unprofessional service. Better yet no service at all. Appointment was made. The repairman never called, never showed up. The only thing he did was send a receipt stating work was done, but actually wasn't. What am I paying for?

I Won't be renewing my service contrct
"James" did not conduct himself very professionally nor was he courteous. James arrived on time but parked 4 houses down from my house and proceeded to argue that because my address had a 1 in it it should be at the corner where he was; regardless of the numbers posted on my house. Once he my house he asked if my "kitchen ceiling light worked" instead of asking if I would turn it in in addition to the over the counter light and natural window light, he then strapped on his headlight and turned on his phone flashlight before he opened the dishwasher to look in it. After opening the dishwasher he let out a sigh of relief and said he was glad mine was not filled with dirty smelly dishes like most of "these" houses he goes to. James also jokingly asked me about the clutter on my kitchen table asking me where do people sit to eat when they come over. James then proceeded to ask me questions about the potable ice maker on my counter, how it worked, is it contentious, auto shut off etc... After this James then determined that all I needed was to push the rubber gasket tighter around the opening. He DID NOT replace the gasket, he told me he didn't have one in the truck anyway and the next time it leaks just put a pan under the door to catch the water. On the way out James commented that my hall way steps looked like they were 100 years old and also took note of the scratches my late Rottweiler left on the wooden door. I see no need to ever call upon Sears or this company ever again!
