Brett was very knowledgeable! Came the first time and we didn't have all the right parts. Came back as soon as the parts were in. He was in and out in under 30 mins! Great guy!

Kenmore stove range

The service tech was great but
The service was good but the communication was too much especially when after over 30 texts, the appointment was changed 3 times on your end and then no one showed up on the date. a day later I got another text saying that by my request they would be coming that day. No call to check if that would work. Could not get through to the service provider. The automated number kept saying they did not have my phone number on record and would hang up on me. A very frustrating time getting this repair done. I will probably not buy a samsung product or the extended warranty again if this is the norm.

Resolved issue quickly!
After waiting a month for the first appointment and then no one ever showed and I got an invoice that said thank you for the visit the day before it was scheduled so I had to reschedule and unfortunately wait another several weeks. So a very quick 10-minute fix took two months of waiting for Sears to schedule properly. Very glad he finally came and I can have a washer again! Just too bad that there was a glitch that the first one got forgotten and the wait time is so long.

Lawn tractor fixed!!
Your technician Jim was amazing. JIM's MANAGER: You need to make him available for lawn tractors more frequently, however. It took THREE MONTHS from the time my tractor broke to completing the fix. Do better, please!
