Tech for repair of our fridge/freezer
Thank you Pat, our fridge / freezer is now working like a charm w/the new compressor installed on 9/27/24. HOWEVER, you didn't email my receipt to me. I NEED THIS Receipt so I can file a food claim loss for all the food we lost from our freezer. Please email this to me ASAP. Thank you again for your wonderful service. Too bad Sears warranty customer service kept RESCHEDULING us. It took THREE (3) MONTHS before it was finally fixed. THREE MONTHS!!!! I originally called this order IN on 6/28/24.

Todd showed up after the workday despite an arduous schedule that began at 7:00 AM. He could have gone home at 5 PM but kept his full schedule and fixed our washer. He then drove home which is close to 2 hours away. This guy quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Give this man a raise and profit sharing. Hi praise.
