Jacob is the best!
I recently had a technician, Jacob who come to fix my washer, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. He was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Jacob quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the repair process clearly, making sure I understood what was needed to get the washer back in working.

I am so happy with the service I received today. Lu came at the perfect time, so courteous. Explained why I was getting error. Showed me how he was going to fix. And was fast. There are times we are so grateful for meeting a kind individual in our busy day. I booked this call this morning and Lu was in my home by the afternoon. He called me 30 mins before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Thank you Sears for this service and Lu for the amazing customer service you gave me. I would recommend this service.
