refrigerator
I have had a Sears Maintenance agreement for well over 25 years. My refrigerator could not be repaired so I am getting a replacement. However, Sears cannot find the shutoff valve for my water line to the refrigerator and therefore want me to get a private plumber to find it!!! I thought since I am getting a new refrigerator it should replace the one I have! I have a water filter in my current refrigerator and Sears has for over 25 years serviced it! Why would I, at age 83, have to hire a plumber for Sears to fulfill their obligation to replace my refrigerator???? Please respond as I have called seven times, to no avail. Thank you. Not quite right …
Parts were all delivered. Before tech left we noticed there was a big part still In the box that he forgot. He had to uninstall the ice maker then replace the part. All garbage parts were left behind for us to deal with. We now noticed the ice is still not coming out of the door !! He will have to come back!!

Extended Contracts
Repair was fine but your changed policy's on renewing my contracts is not favorable for customers. Your new contracts are way too expensive! It is bad enough you don't always get a Sears repairman!

Rude however was able to complete the task
It is quite unfortunate he was rude which is unprofessional on all parts since he seems like a good technician and fixed the oven such a shame please see documented comments with the repair service rep. Note it's been two weeks and I m still waiting for compensation for the inconvenience. Not good business practices.

ice makernot working

He is horrible, never bothered to show up for appts (4)
Horrible as well. Keep sending the same incompetent technician who never comes to appts. I miss work for his lack of knowledge to complete simple task of just a maintenance check. Lack of empathy for your customers. Given the run around, soo disappointed.
