Finally a great tech
Brett was finally the kind of tech that should be always (and is hard to find these days) and used to be when customer service use to be done right! He's the third tech that came out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, explained things, didn't brush you off, showed respect and showed that he actually cared about his job and the customer. I can't say that about the first two who seemed lazy , didn't pull out any equipment to check anything etc.

Brett was great! He came made an assessment and got to work! The only thing that I think could be better is the app or the website. I confirmed my appointment several times and yet you had the wrong name and address listed for our house. Other than that everything worked out great and my oven is back to working!
