Washer Repair
Randy was good. The tech before Randy broke my piece and did not disclose that he broke it. Randy ordered me another piece and fixed the washer the right way. At least I hope he has. I have not used it since the repair, but we shall see.

Service was scheduled for last week but no show no call. When it was rescheduled for this week I had little confidence in it. The service representative was excellent. Your window is too wide need to be able to determine a smaller window when tech will arrive.
