Its not him, its the company
David D. Did a good job repairing the stove. But the company is garbage. I was told that my appointment would be between 8am and 5pm, but was never told it could be after 5pm, which is when each appointment ended up being, 6:30pm and 7:30pm. It would be better if the repair person could give a 30 minute phone call ahead of time to let customers know when they would be arriving. The website does not give real time information on appointment days. This sears company is not a great company but david was great and very knowledgable.

Microwave control panel
David came to replace the control panel in the microwave. He was polite and worked quickly. After he left, First use of stove with microwave vent fan on, the window of the microwave held condensation between the glass. It could not be wiped off. It took time for it to dry up. Unacceptable!!!

Microwave repair
Two things of concern. 1 - The necessary part was not ordered and the tech had to come a second time. 2 - Having a 9 hour window to show up is unheard of. Hope to never have to use your service again.

No special skill
I told the technician the washer leaked intermittently when I ran it. He basically did what we had already done : pulled it out and ran it. When it didn't leak he packed up and handed me a bill for doing nothing.

No show
We have been waiting since the beginning of July to get our dryer fixed. Two parts ordered and received and installed did not fix it. We've had a third part for weeks and an appointment set for today, between 8 and 5. But, no one came. This is not like our long-time experiences with you, but this is BAD! We NEED our dryer back, or a replacement, if necessary, but none of this has to take this long.

Refrigerator service
Absolutely horrible but not a reflection on the technician. Failed to show up twice after numerous calls and several weeks and probably not the fault of the technician. Had to deal with Asians on the phone who had no power to get somewhere and solve my problems

Very upset
Our technician called in the morning and said that he had 7 calls ahead of me. I asked if he could notify me when he was on his way because no one was home. This would have been the 5th time we had to take off of work and I refused to do so. I never received or call or text and he showed up at our house. We saw from the camera and he left after my husband said he would get there in5 mins. We can WAIT ALL DAY but he could wait a few extra mins bc there was traffic. I am now going on 5 weeks of trying to schedule a technician to come repair my stove.
