Great technician, horrific communication with company
Jermaine was helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledge. Give him a raise. Sears Home Services aka AE Factory Service on the other hand, was a terrible experience. Only automated circular communication on their phone and online. Impossible to speak with a human to ask technical questions that could have prevented a service trip altogether. Impossible to get a smaller 2 to 3 hour time frame from the company, they only gave a 9!!! hour timeframe for arrival, stating 8am to 5pm. Who has time for that? Had to take off work the entire day only to have tech arrive after 5pm. They knew the day before/that morning his schedule and could have easily communicated that fact. Not professional on company's part. NOT HAPPY
