GE FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR REPAIR
The original technician evaluated the issues I described to him and after inspecting the fridge ordered 2 parts to be replaced. He was courtious, friendly, and respectful and pleasant to converse with. When the parts arrived, I rescheduled my appointment and Roger installed the new parts but discovered another problem and had to order a third part which he replaced today. Besides being a very knowledgeable technician, he carried himself in a professional manner with a very friendly attitude that in no time at all placed me, in a relaxed and comfortable state. Like I've known him for sometime.

Kenmore washer only lasted 3yrs but…
hopefully this guy is on their team for many years to come. He was very compassionate and kind when informing me my washers computer was blown. Sears phone service 0/10. Kenmore washers 0/10. This guy was 10/10, though. Thanks for your help.
