Very nice guy , he called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I was busy with my toddler but before I knew it the stove was fixed. I'm very grateful for the services I just got my stove doesn't act up again. Five stars for sure. Thank you! Benjamin

Positive visit. Explained everything he did. Very nice and knowledgeable. Feeling good that this is finally the fix after going back 4x to another company under warranty repair for the same issue. (warranty has since expired) .

Patrick is so knowledgable!

Patrick fixed the leak within the first 10 min. he was here. He's very thorough. I explained I couldn't reach someone by phone and that is frustrating. Hard to explain to someone in chat, which is what happened. Wanted to charge me another house call as they had us as a 'new' appointment in their computers, but it was the same issue! You need to fix how to get to speak to someone.....and for that, Sears gets 1 star.
