Great Service
Very knowledgeable and thorough service… nice and friendly… works hard at making sure everything works before he leaves. Did a great job with both my washer and dryer. Even though space was limited he was able to complete the repairs.

Kenmore Washer
Aleksandr was courteous and professional. Replaced parts and machine started to work. Shortly after he left, machine wouldn't stop running and shut off. Aleksandr was still in his truck when we told him the machine wasn't working. He came back in took it apart again and checked everything. He found something wrong and tried to call his office to report it but the service ticket was closed. He tried several numbers but they weren't answering. He apologized and said I had to call in a new repair request. He was very helpful and apologetic for machine not working.

The technician, Lu, arrived early (prior to the scheduled time) and immediately went to work repairing the problem I encountered with my stovetop burners. He found the issue quickly and was able to rectify my dilemma. The tech was efficient, neat, professional and courteous.
