It turned out we were missing some of the items ordered by the last technician. Darnell took a few moments to reassess our fridge and was able to figure out we didn't need them after all. The ice maker issue was caused by an old water filter not getting sufficient water to the ice maker. And the fact that some items in our freezer not being cold enough was more of an issue of distribution considering ice pops were completely frozen we are achieving the right temps. I appreciate that he sincerely wanted to resolve the problem and took the time to think it through and communicate with me.
