Rodney was great
Our service person Rodney was great. We do wish however that when a customer creates a service order with model # of appliance and description of the part that's needed to do the job, that you let your service person get the part before coming to do the repair. The part we needed is out of stock and we ended up paying for a service call that could have been avoided.
