Ran the washer through a cycle, looked at belt, listened to my concerns and explained all the checks they went through to ensure it looked good to go.

Very happy with Paul. He ran it through a spin cycle only a few times. Then ran it on fast cycle and it was good. Then I started a load while he was still hear and it's fine now.
