Matthew was excellent!
Of the 5 and a 1/2 months it took to repair the oven range problem. Matthew was well versed in communicating the problem and it looks as if it is finally fixed. He was one of three technicians to work on the oven. There were 8 to 9 calls placed for support. Five of the calls were responded too and there were 3 to 4 service callb where no one showed up. The initial call was placed in late September, the first service repair call was performed on October 5th. 2023 Finally on March 11, 2024 it appears to be fixed. I wish that the call center and the other technicians would have been as professional as Matthew. Having no oven for Thanks giving, Christmas, New Year and Super Bowl Sunday was highly inconvenient. Your call center operates from a written script. They need to be more considerate especially with a customer is experiencing repeated problems.

Professional Service
Tadd is a real pro. He arrived when he said he would and did what he could to address the issue. He advised me that the part I likely needed hasn't been available for at least 5 years. The range is over 20 years old. It was worth a shot. I will not hesitate to use Sears Service again.

He is the best technician
Brian was so professional it came in knew what he had to do fix my dryer was very pleasant very professional and courteous he was the best technician I've had at my house in the past 30 years and I've had a lot of them. he was great.

Excellent service
Sears Home Services needs to streamline and update their online communications so that the customer is not bombarded with information or, as just happened, this customer was dropped from the site while writing this experience . The technican was really good, really knowledgable, very pleasant, which is rare these days. The young women who eventually answered when I needed clarification, dealing with a company I never dealt with previously, about an offered service warentee offer, were not nice, and their job was hard, no doubt, because of the caveats that the offer was loaded with. But a really great technican!

Really Fantastic Service
Sears has been servicing my appliances since 2004, and in all that time, I think that Ron is probably the best service technician I've ever met. He does a great job of staying in touch, diagnosing and ordering parts, and fixing what needs fixing. He's a pleasure to deal with and super-competent in every way.
