Bryan did a fine job with installation. Success
The troubles that I had all were to do with the lack of professionalism, organization and lack of direct communication with the Sears company. The part ordered was wrong and then it was extremely difficult to get a person to speak to about confirming payment and why we were receiving alerts for 2 different appointment dates at the same time. This indicated that the previous date had not been cancelled, thus I was confused etc.. I will be writing a separate letter addressing these and other issues. Bryan did a fine job installing and my dryer is working well again.

Very caring of customer
He was patient after many visits over 3 months and finally helped get the record straight when Sears did not want to honor a protection agreement. Rolando went out of his way. And finally called the right source. To resolve. Still. Waiting for good outcome. Hope it works. Sears protection agreement tries to prevent customer from getting proper coverage. It has taken. 5 months and hopefully the last visit will help get much needed replacement OVEN.
